Collections Agent, Salford Quays, Manchester, £14000 - £20000 OTE £40k
Shifts: 35 hour working week- minimum

My Client are a large well known, International based company who sepcialise in debt collection on behalf of a number of Blue Chip companies. The role will involve making a number of outbound calls and recieving inbound calls. You will responsible for contacting customers who's accounts are in areers, collecting outstanding payments and setting up payment plans. You will be working to targets and from a predictive dialler.

Based in Salford Quays, Manchester M50
Accessible by Metro, Bus, Car and there is a local Train Station

£14000 - £20000 Dependant on experience

Canaidate should have Customer Service or Sales Experience in a call centre Enviroment
Collections experience is preferred but not essential
