A leading financial services are recruiting Telephone Negotiators to join their debt collection agency in Salford Quays. With over 20 years experience, my client are a successful collections agency who collect debts on behalf of a number of large companies ranging from High Street Banks, Utility companies, Mobile phone companies.

As a telephone negotiator, you will be responsible for working contacting customers to collect debt on behalf of the companies. As part of your role, you will be accountable for building rapport with customers to gather information of their financial situation, with a view to negotiate payment plans.

This role requires enthusiastic candidates who have gained call centre experience, ideally within debt recovery, however this is not essential. We are seeking applicants who enjoy problem solving and thrive from the challenge of working to targets and be able to resolve customers disputes.

This role offers excellent benefits that include:
Hours of work- 35 hour working week= rotating shifts between 8-8
Salary from £14-18,000 plus OTE £40,000 uncapped,
