Urgent 6 month contract role based in the Lancashire area for a well known client, they require a helpdesk analyst to assist the current team helping users with faults and pass word resting issues. You will have worked on a service desk before hand and have an excellent telephone manner. They use a predominantly Windows environment but with Lotus Notes. Ideally you will have experience with MS Application support, Louts Notes if not Outlook is ok as they will give additional training on systems they have. You will have to drive as there will be rollouts happening whiles the contract is running and they a few sites in the Northwest. They are looking to interview next week and start as soon as possible. If you have a full driving licence and Car and the relevant experience for this role send your CV in to Intelect Recruitment.
