My Client is seeking senior customer service advisors to work for a leading telecommunications call centre based in Warrington, Birchwood.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with an award winning contact centre, offering full training and an exciting benefits package.
Your role will be to deal with calls from existing contract customers, acting as the Second point of contact. My Client is seeking people to resolve customers isuues first time every time, no matter how long it takes.
Successful candidates will be flexible with working hours as shift will include working evenings and weekends- due to the nature of the business. Hours of work are between 0800-2000 Monday-Friday 0900-1800 Saturday-Sunday.
You will be trained to handle the majority of queries and solve problems. Excellent Salary starting at £18000 plus performance related bonus up to £5400 per annum.
