We have exciting opportunity working within my clients Lifeline Department as a Customer Service Advisor.
Full Time Customer Service Advisors are required to join a leading telecommunications company in Warrington. Positions are permanent and offer highly competitive Salary and benefits package.

Your role will be to answer incoming calls from existing contract customers, looking for information regarding a recent claim, upgrade or query on the policy they have purchased. You will be trained to handle majority of queries and solve problems.
The Salary Starts £13,999 with a healthy Bonus structure. The role involves working in a friendly and busy environment. You will be required to work to targets and must enjoy working in a busy target orientated environment.
Successful candidates will be flexible with working hours as shift will between the hours of 0800-2000 Monday-Sunday.
