We are looking for an Assistant Manager to assist in the day to day running of a busy restaurant, working in a hands-on manner to ensure that staff are well motivated, customer service is maintained and that the business operates successfully.

Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate considerable experience within a Restaurant Management role in a food led environment and should have a passion for people
