Inbound Customer Advisors required to join a high profile Insurer based in the City Centre. Salary £13k-£14.5k + up to £200 per month bonus, excellent benefits and full training.
You will be responsible for liaising with customers with general policy enquiries, additions, renewals & quotations. This is a busy & lively environment and you must have previous customer service experience, be an excellent communicator and be confident in working to KPI's & targets.
