Our client is a leading national firm that prides itself on its impressive client base. They are renowned for their specialist areas of practice and offer excellent career prospects.
You will join a well regarded Personal Injury Practice where you will be dealing witha caseload of your own and will be dealing with mainly Fast Track motor claims. You will also deal with some EL and PL matters.
Ideal candidates will be experienced personal injury fee earners and have previous experience of dealing with fast track motor claims. You will ideally have previous claimant experience but defendant personal injury fee earners are also welcomed.
Ideally you will posses the following skills:
Excellent negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the litigation process.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience of working with a case management system.
