You will be making outbound calls, completeing calols backs, sourcing leads, working off a data base, chasing leadsTo consistently achieve all targets set within the department, eg Calls, Decision Maker Contacts,
booking AppointmentsTo ensure that all appointments are qualified as stipulated to give maximum potential for conversion.
Managing the administration of the role in an efficient and timely manner ensuring that appointments are communicated in the correct manner
The job holder should be able to decide when an appointment is qualified to the right standard/level. They should be able to establish what level of information adds value to the database thereby ensuring appointments continue to be made that are well qualified.
They should be able to make decisions on the best course of action to take (send literature & what type/fax/E-mail) to ensure maximum impact and successful outcome.
