Our client a well known organisation have an exciting opportunity available to join their expanding team within their Customer Relations Department dealing with customers correspondence.
Your role will involve taking inbound calls from customers and also responding back to customers via letters and emails.
A proven customer service background would be a huge asset, and you must be able to solve problems creatively and demonstrate impressive attention to detail to keep our customers happy. In return, you will receive an intensive induction, ongoing training and great prospects.
Hours: Monday - Sunday rota between 8am - 8pm, with some weekend work.
Salary: £14,067 + £3,000 Bonus
