My client are a Claims Management company who have been established for 8 years and handle employment, dismissal and injury claims. They are a No Win No Fee organisation
The aim of the role is to research and develop the client data base of solicitors and law firms. To effectively produce reports on the performance of the companys and target areas for marketing to be sent to.
Database management, complete marketing activities, email shots/flyers, diary management, deal with external customer departments, fact find information, working for subsidiary company in compensation claims, chase docs, produce and collate reports
1-2 years administration experience
GCSE English Language/Literature, History, geography
Must have strong administration experience and a professional telephone manner with the ability to multi task and manage a large volume work load.
Self motivated and able to work from own initiative- team orientated and able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
