IVA Drafter/ Administrator
The drafter is responsible for drafting the proposal for the IVA.
Take responsibility of the proposal until the Meeting of creditors is convened
Drafting the proposal:
Liaise with clients and creditors to obtain correct information for the proposal. Make sure all work is correct and checked by a colleague or Team Leader; accuracy is important as per department standard.
Inform the Team Leader with daily update reports.
Manage workload in order to strive to meet standards of Kingsgate Insolvency.
Offers professional advice to clients within own level of understanding, by taking ownership of the clients' requests
Drafters will be expected to adopt towards change and improvement that are implemented by Management
Negotiate and liaise with customers and other departments as necessary
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
Previous experience within Insolvency administration
Able to adopt an empowered approach to decision making.
Good understanding of the Insolvency Industry
High level of interpersonal skills - ability to communicate at all levels.
Able to work in a pressurised, target driven environment.
An ability to achieve personal and team targets
PC / Keyboard skills.
