·Seminar organisation
·Assisting with static data entry into databases
·Assisting with the planning and co-ordinating of marketing seminar's
·Assisting with the compilation and distribution of marketing statistics
·
Office Management
·Working with management to ensure that the office is managed and run in effective manner
·Work closely and pro actively with London Operations to update Liverpool office with any relevant procedures/processes
·Collating data for the daily comments for distribution
·Sorting post in and out
·Arranging printing of research and mailing out to clients
·Ordering of stationery, office furniture, kitchen supplies
·Preparing boardroom for meetings and ordering buffets etc
·Keeping a log of changes to stock recommendations
·Keeping a log of invoices to be paid
·Arranging flights, train tickets and accommodation
·Collating data for the weekly statistics to be published
·Answering the phone, filing, photocopying, binding
·General day to day running of the office
·Other ad hoc duties as and when required

·Strong academic record - A-Level equivalent / Graduate
·Account Management - experience
·Very high standard of all Microsoft Office skills (Excel Skills - intermediate)
