If you have a proven track record of excellent customer service skills and have previous travel sales experience, ideally including some cruise sales experience, then read on!!!
We require a Cruise Sales Expert to play a key role in achieving sales targets, whilst increasing bookings through effective lead management and customer service. Day to day this will involve effectively managing customer enquiries, to meet and exceed agreed sales, revenues and conversion targets using outbound calling & emails. Provide excellent customer service standards & follow up all leads. We're looking for a proactive individual who has a passion for the Cruise market.
