Urgent 3 - 6 month contract role based in the Greater Manchester Area, for a commercially experienced Helpdesk Analyst. You will be working mainly on the telephone supporting the client Windows based environment there for you will need to have experienced supporting the following Window XP, MS applications, AD/ Active Directory, Exchange 2003 but will be trained on their bespoke systems. You will also be having some face to face contact with the users to assist on installation of software and hardware; this may be on other sites so you will need to have a car and driving licence to do this role. I am setting interviews for Wednesday and Thursday this week with a view to start on Monday 13th October 2008.
