Food and Beverage Manager required for a 4 star city Hotel with over 100 rooms extensive conference and leisure facilities.
As Food and Beverage Manager you will report into the General Manager and be managing a team of around 20 permanent staff .The role includes day to day running of Food and Beverage Operations and team management and development. Additionally you will be tasked with ensuring the hotel meets budgeted sales levels whilst controlling costs to maximise profit without compromising standards.
