My client are a city centre based company specialising in construction recruitment. Due to growth my client are eager to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to add extra resource to their international recruitment department.
The role will involve promoting recruitment services to new and existing clients and helping to develop the business further. You will be interviewing and matching candidates for permanent vacancies on an international scale using your communication skills to the full.
The successful Recruitment Consultant must have a minimum of 12 months experience in international construction recruitment, ideally in the Middle East or experience in Oil and Gas recruitment.
You will be an excellent communicator, have the ability to build rapport effectively and thrive in a target driven sales environment. You will also have all the motivation and enthusiasm to forge a successful career in recruitment.
Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. In exchange my client are offering a competitive salary dependent on experience plus an excellent commission scheme and benefits.
