    THE COMPANY
    A Great opportunity to join this maintenance services company who operate in many sectors, being a market leader or with growing presence in each of these sectors. They are a national, multi-divisional organisation.

    THE ROLE
    This is a regional, field based role that will cover areas such as Leeds, Wakefield and as far East as Grimsby.

    You will provide a professional HR service to the branches within the region and contribute to the development of personnel policies and procedures.

    It is a role that primarily provides support to a number of contracts with the flexibility to support peaks and troughs nationally. This role provides a HR service to a business which is geographically spread and involves travel. You will be required to travel on a regular basis with occasional overnight stays

    The main aspects of the role will be -

    Provide clear and concise HR advice to line management covering all aspects of employment law.
    Assist in recruitment at all levels
    Assist in the mobilisation of new contracts, on a national basis
    To assist in training as requested
    Delivery of HR management projects and help achieve strategic applications.

    THE PERSON
    Essential -
    Current experience of working across the whole HR function.
    IT Literate
    Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
    Experience of providing remote and face-face employment advice to all levels
    2-3 years experience of operating at an HR Advisor level and have excellent experience in employee relations and employment law.
    CIPD qualified

    Desirable -
    Experience of construction and/or housing industries
    Experience of using a HR database
