Our client is looking to recruit an experienced candidate to fulfil the following duties:
Provide direct HR support and ensure that relevant legal procedures are adhered to.
All aspects of HR.
Ensuring all legislation is followed consistently and to work actively to ensure good practice.
Co-ordinate the recruitment procedures for all staffing requirements, ensuring effective recruitment of staff to meet required levels.
Provide guidance and advice to managers on all aspects of HR policies and procedures.
Responsible for ensuring the provision of sickness and absence procedures including follow up interviews and administration.
Key Competencies:
Must be either Part Qualified or Qualified CIPD.
