An experienced Sales Trainer is required to join the UK's 6th largest Software Company that provides software solutions to more than 60,000 UK businesses from start ups to large organisations.

Primarily based at their Manchester office, however also working at their Wigan and Stockton offices you will be responsible for training their New Business Sales Teams. You will be capable of delivering quality sales training and coaching to a diverse audience. The teams are responsible for new business calls, account management, appointment making and closing deals over the telephone - experience of training telephone based outbound sales delegates is absolutely essential.

With a genuine passion for developing individuals you will find this role extremely rewarding and also challenging as you will take time to learn the product range for yourself thus ensuring you have a thorough understanding in order to teach your team to the highest level to make them successful in not only reaching their sales targets but exceeding them.
