We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced administrator to join our Property Services Team.
Reporting to the Senior Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the Trust’s servicing programmes, including gas servicing. Other duties will include acting as a facilities management coordinator for the Trust’s office at Poynton, processing of orders and invoices and liaising on a regular basis with the Trust’s approved contractors. You will also have excellent excel and word processing skills and be able to produce and maintain work progammes through the use of spreadsheets and the department’s Asset Management software systems.
You will enjoy working as part of the team and be confident to use you own initiative.
