Due to company growth and internal progression we are looking to recruit an Area Manager on behalf of our client based in the North West.

THE ROLE
* Achieve or exceed agreed Company KPI’s
* Responsibility for the effective resourcing and operations of a collection of branches.
* Ensures the area team is trained and developed to realise / exceed the business plan and meet future succession planning / business requirements
* Cost effective management and utilisation of resources within the area
* Identifies and progresses opportunities to improve operational processes within own area
* Uses commercial judgement to prepare fully costed new branch proposals
* Ensures that policies and procedures are adhered to
* Contributes from an operational perspective in key working parties for new initiatives and process improvements
* To embrace and champion a ‘Quality Culture’ throughout the company
* To embrace and implement the ‘Working Together’ culture in the company
* To embrace the culture of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’
SKILLS
We are looking to recruit an experienced Area Manager/Senior Branch Manager preferably with a background in financial markets. We would welcome candidates from a lending background.
You will need to be extremely driven for this role, and a real passion for people management is essential.
