Global Travel Company requires an experienced Team Leader to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Customer Relations Department by providing continual training and support to staff to satisfy the use of the customer recovery process as an opportunity to turn a dissatisfied customer into a satisfied and loyal customer.
You will provide information to other business areas to improve the overall quality of products and services. Manage workloads effectively and ensure turn around times on complaints are within the agreed service levels.
Typical Key Areas:
Provide personnel support accross the department
Provide support and advice to various business areas in the handling of media, sensitive and delicate issues
Provide support and training to ensure personal progression
Deputise in the absence of the Customer Relations Manager
To represent Customer Relations and the views of customers at service planning meetings
Candidates wishing to apply for this vacancy should possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience within a Customer Service environment in particular team management experience. A travel background would be a distinct advantage.

Development of staff and internal relationships
Motivational and leadership skills with the ability to analyse situations
This role is based in South Manchester and comes with a good basic salary and will include excellent company benefits including holiday discounts. Hours are Monday to friday 9-5:30
