Large, reputable and highly successful Merseyside insurance firm seek to recruit debt recovery claims handlers to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims from the point of invoice to completion, whilst delivering a high level of customer service. You will communicate professionally with insurance companies and ensure the smooth running of the claims process.
