Customer Service Advisor - RC1963
My client is a leading car dealership, renowned for the quality of their products. Due to high business levels, my client are looking at adding extra resource to their Customer Service and Sales department.
Duties will include:
·Meeting and greeting customers
·Booking customers in for services
·Dealing with customer telephone queries
·Selling a variety of service
·General administrative duties
·Meeting sales targets
The Ideal Candidate:
·Experience in automotive industry is necessary
·Excellent communication skills
·Experience in Kerridge would be desirable
Hours of work will be Monday to Saturday. In return my client are offering a salary of £15,000 with a potential bonus of £3,000 and excellent benefits.
